Houston Nightlife Scene Freelance Writer

Alexandra Kuchik has been a resident of Houston for 15 years. Currently she resides in the Heights and loves every minute of it. Throughout the years she has bartended at some of the hottest places around Houston giving her about 10 years in the industry.

Currently she is attending the University of Houston working on her Creative Writing and Journalism degrees (she plans to graduate in May of 2010).

She also writes for the online magazine TheExaminer.com and is now the Houston Midtown Bar Examiner. On some nights you can find her bartending at the infamous Cadillac bar off of I 10 and Shepherd Drive.

Her insider knowledge about the bar/club industry has given her the tools to know exactly what is new and hot in Houston at all times.

"My goal is to eventually write a book about the inside life of the bar/club industry and a how to book about getting the most from your night out."
