Reviews are generally written well before a venue becomes a sponsor and is independent of the sponsorship. Each and every one of the venues listed are truly among our Houston favorites.

The review of a sponsor would be exactly the same with, or without, the ad in the right column. The ads that you see under "Site Sponsors" in the right column of the website provide the sponsors with increased exposure to their reviews (a valuable service in a site with more than 100 pages).
